Who is the consulting for?
For UGC creators and anyone who wants to become one, from your first video to working independently with brands. Brands and companies, please use the regular project request.
How much does it cost?
€109 incl. VAT for 50 minutes. The session is booked with your payment.
How do booking, payment and date work?
You enter your name and how to reach you and go straight on to payment. After that I will usually get back to you within 2 working days with date suggestions, and we find a date that works for you. If you don’t pay, I will remind you and ask whether anything is still open.
What will we talk about?
Rates, negotiating with brands, positioning and starting out self-employed, depending on what you need. When we talk, you tell me briefly where you are right now and we start exactly there.
Do I need experience already?
No. The session works for beginners just as well as for creators who already have jobs and want to get better.
Which tool is the video call on?
On Zoom, 50 minutes, dates by arrangement. You get the link beforehand by email or WhatsApp. You don’t need an account, a laptop or phone with internet is enough.
What do I need for the session?
A device with internet, sound and ideally a camera. If you like, bring a few notes or your questions. The session also works without any preparation.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your date: just message me and we find a new one. With shorter notice I will do my best to find a replacement, but I can’t guarantee it.
What if I have to cancel?
If you cancel at least 48 hours ahead, you get your money back, or we move to a later date. Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer is not affected.
What happens if I don’t show up or I’m late?
I wait 15 minutes. If you don’t show up without cancelling, the date expires without a refund. If you arrive late, the time is shortened accordingly, I don’t extend.
What if something goes wrong on your side (technology, illness)?
Then you get a replacement date free of charge, of course, or your money back if no date works for you any more.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
You pay securely via Stripe, for example by card, Apple Pay or Klarna. Stripe shows you the available methods. An invoice arrives automatically by email after payment. As a business you can enter your company name and tax ID during checkout.
Is the call recorded?
No. I don’t record anything unless we agree on it explicitly beforehand, for example so you can listen back.
Do I also get tax or legal advice?
No. Tax hints are general experience from my own practice in Germany and apply to Germany only. I’m not a tax advisor; for your personal situation please consult one.
