Meet Nicole & Roman.
We are a couple and a team. Nicole leads content creation and art direction, Roman handles drone and photography. Between trips we run OUT OF OFFICE Society, our advertising agency in Berlin, working with major brands worldwide. On the road, we love getting to know our hotel partners in person, ideally over a shared evening. That is exactly why we love this life.

OUT OF OFFICE Society produces hotel content through guests’ eyes: UGC Reels for ads and organic, 4K photos and drone videos. Nicole Marie Tripes (content creation, art direction) and Roman (drone, photography) stay as guests at your property and shoot during the stay – in exchange for accommodation, no production fee. Previous work includes Barceló Hotel Group and Viajero Hostels.
What does hotel content cost with you?
No production fee. You provide a room for the two of us during the shoot, we deliver the content.
What do we get from one stay?
Ready-made Reels for ads and organic, 4K photos and drone videos of the property and surroundings – in German and English. More in our guide.
How does it work?
You tell us about your property and your target guest, and we agree on dates. The shot list is ready before we arrive. We stay and shoot as guests, with minimal disruption to your operations.
